The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC) was set up by the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India to encourage and promote exports of all types of silk and silk products from the country.
Obtaining RCMC from ISEPC is necessary for exporters dealing in natural silk yarns, fabrics, made-ups, ready-made garments, silk carpets, and silk waste to avail benefits under the EXIM Policy.
