The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL), established in 1954, is the first Export Promotion Council set up by the Government of India. It represents the international face of the Indian Cotton Textile industry.

TEXPROCIL Online Registration, also known as the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council RCMC Registration, is the official process for exporters of cotton products to obtain institutional recognition.
Exporters of cotton yarn, fabrics, made-ups, and raw cotton are required to register with TEXPROCIL to receive the Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC). This certificate is mandatory for claiming export incentives under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), such as RoDTEP and Duty Drawback.
The registration process is conducted online through the official portal, where applicants submit business details, upload necessary documents, and pay the membership fees. Once verified, the RCMC ensures the exporter is part of a globally recognized trade network.
