The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL), sponsored by the Government of India, is the international face of Indian Cotton Textiles. It facilitates exports of raw cotton, cotton yarn, fabrics, and made-ups to markets worldwide.
Exporters dealing in cotton products must obtain the RCMC (Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate) from TEXPROCIL. This certification validates their status as legitimate exporters and unlocks access to various government schemes and trade benefits.
