About the Role

The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal guidance on business registrations, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, ensuring clients operate within the applicable legal framework.

Role Overview

This role involves advising clients on corporate and business laws, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and supporting regulatory and compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on business registrations, licenses, and regulatory compliance
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Handle trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters
Assist clients with regulatory filings, notices, and legal representations
Support dispute resolution and coordination with legal authorities
Stay updated on changes in business, corporate, and commercial laws

Legal research databases IP India portal MCA and government compliance portals Document drafting and management tools MS Word and legal documentation software

Qualifications

  • LLB degree from a recognized university
  • Valid enrollment with Bar Council of India

We are looking for someone who has:

  • LLB degree with valid Bar Council enrollment
  • Strong knowledge of company law, IPR, and regulatory compliance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or business law
  • Excellent drafting and client communication skills
