About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager Intern will gain hands-on experience in client interaction, customer service processes, and CRM operations by supporting the customer relationship team under professional guidance.

Role Overview

This internship provides practical exposure to customer relationship management, service coordination, and customer satisfaction tracking in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling customer queries through phone, email, and chat channels
Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
Support customer onboarding and follow-up activities
Learn professional methods for resolving customer complaints and concerns
Assist in preparing customer satisfaction and service performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
