About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective client engagement and retention strategies.

This role focuses on client relationship management, service coordination, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Handle customer queries and ensure timely and effective resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement retention initiatives
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or client servicing roles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
