Step-by-step process for creation of Primary User on GeM Portal
Visit GeM.gov.in, select Signup > Seller. Read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
Select the type of organisation, enter the name of the organisation, Aadhaar or PAN of the Primary User, and verify mobile OTP.
Enter and re-enter the official email ID. Verify the OTP received on email to continue.
After OTP confirmation by the system, create your User ID and password.
Click on the "Confirm Primary User" option to complete registration.
Your Primary User ID is successfully created and ready for GeM portal access.
